FLAT RATES*

U.S. Ground Services - 48 states (Continental US only**):

• Orders up to 10 lb = $15.00
• Orders between 10 and 20 lb = $30.00
• Orders between 20 and 40 lb = $40.00
• Orders between 40 and 60 lb = $60.00
• Orders between 60 and 80 lb = $80.00
• Orders of more than 80 lb = $100.00

 *Note that some voluminous items, such as the skidding cone and the transport cases, are subject to dimensional weight calculation when shipping, which means that instead of their actual weight,  their dimensional weight are used to bill.

TARIFFS

We work with a trusted distribution network of four main locations across the U.S., allowing us to avoid tariffs being charged to our customers; we share additional costs with them whenever possible to keep pricing as low as the situation permits. 

Exception

Please note that certain parts not stocked at our U.S. distributors may need to be shipped directly from Canada. In these rare cases, if U.S. tariffs on Canadian steel or aluminum cause extra costs, those specific parts will temporarily appear “out of stock” while we seek a fair solution.

ESTIMATED TRANSIT DAYS

Our distributors select the best carrier to ensure the most cost-efficient delivery to your location. The chart above is reviewed periodically to reflect the most up-to-date rates. The ground shipping service is usually between 2 and 7 business days depending on the destination and availability of the item in your area. Note that these transit times are estimated and not guaranteed. Service to some remote areas also may require additional delivery days.

Exception

Please note that certain parts not stocked at our U.S. distributors may need to be shipped directly from Canada. In these rare cases, the usual estimated transit time of 2 to 7 business days is unfortunately no longer reliable, as courier companies handling parcels from Canada to the U.S. are currently facing significant backlogs due to new customs declaration requirements. Please know that we are genuinely doing our best to adapt to these challenges and continue serving our customers as reliably as possible, but you should expect shipping delays to be extended by 1 to 2 weeks.
