All orders are processed on opening business hours - Monday to Friday - 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time with the exception of Canada’s public holidays.

Portable Winch uses the UPS service for all its shipments in the United States of America. The prices set below include all charges for regular shipments in the 48 states listed in the charter and no additional fees will be applied.

U.S. Ground services - 48 states (Continental US only):

  • Orders between $0.01 and $19.99 = We will not ship the order*

    • *Portable Winch Co. is only offering a delivery on a minimal purchase of $20.00 and more before applicable taxes.

  • Orders between $20.00 and $99.99 = $15.00

  • Orders between $100.00 to $399.99 = $25.00

  • Orders between $400.00 to $999.99 = $35.00

  • Orders of $1000.00 and more = $45.00

These estimated transit days are provided by UPS. They are subject to the Tariff/Terms and Conditions of Service. Scheduled business days and delivery schedules are revised occasionally due to changes in distribution and volume, especially during holiday periods. Service to some remote areas also may require additional delivery days.

1. SINCE THE COMPANY IS IN CANADA, WILL I PAY DUTY FEES FOR SHIPPING?

No. Even if we are in located in Canada, no extra duty fees will be charged for orders shipped in the United States.

 

2. DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES?

No. We do not offer shipping outside of the United States of America.

 

3. HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Once your order is processed, you will receive your tracking number via email. Simply go to this site to track your order: https://www.ups.com/WebTracking/track?loc=en_us

4. HOW DO I CALCULATE MY SHIPPING CHARGES?

5. HOW LONG DO BACKORDERED ITEMS TAKE TO SHIP?

It depends on the item. Product delivery is sometimes delayed for reasons out of our control. We are constantly monitoring our stock levels and receiving shipments at our warehouse.

 

6. IF I HAVE ONE OR MORE THAN ONE ITEM THAT IS BACK ORDER ON MY ORDER, DO I GET CHARGED SHIPPING TWICE?

It depends. In the event that a product is back order, you will be contacted by our sales people prior to shipping. You will be asked if you wish to receive partial shipment or wait for complete shipment. If you chose to get partial shipment, then yes, you will be charged a second time for the back order items to be shipped.
